Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., Randy Montroy has been in the construction industry for over 31 years. Randy has worked as a project manager for some of Vancouver’s finest home builders, including R J Reynolds Construction. Over the past several years Randy has continued to diversify his skill set and is an active member of the Vancouver construction industry. Randy is currently a credited member of several Vancouver-based industry organizations which include the B.C. Building Envelope Council, Vancouver Board of Trade and the Homeowner Protection Office. He is also a Red Seal ticketed carpenter with years of carpentry experience under his belt. Outside the office Randy is a loving husband to his wife Hilary and the father of three lovely girls.
